Capoeira is a 500 year old art developed in Brazil.
It is a fusion of fitness, acrobatics, martial arts, self-defense, music, dance, language(Brazilian Portuguese), culture and more. Capoeira has been popularised in many films including 'Harry Potter', ‘Mission Impossible 2’; in MTV Pop music and in many video games across platforms. This recent popular exposure means Capoiera has been able to enthuse a wide range of Kids even those previously uninterested in physical education.
